Power supply voltages are OK. There is no high voltage
Check 15V at the collector of T503.

Check and replace R503 and TR501 Hor. Driver transformer

Check the voltages 1.42 VDC and 0.92 VAC at + pin of C502

Check voltage 8V at pin 9, 39 of IC101. If present replace IC101.

Check the voltages 0.28 VDC, 0.92 VAC and 15625 Hz signal at the base of T503.

Check and replace D505 and C503.

Remove T504. Check the voltage 145 VDC at the collector point.

Check and replace R525 and Line Output Transformer.

Check 2 VAC at the base of T504.

Check and replace T503, TR501 and R513.

Check and replace D507, D508, C518, C519, C521. Place T504 to its position. Check the operation of Line Output Transformer.
